Chuck McDonald accepted a plaque from John Mangin, a Boy Scout leader, on behalf of Iowa Aviation Promotion Group for its steadfast support of the Boy Scout Aviation Merit Badge. Scouts from Boy Scout Troop 133 of Carlisle Iowa have been attending yearly Iowa Aviation Rallies at Ankeny Airport for over five years. The majority of the aviation merit badge requirements can be attained at IAPG youth rallies.
